Directions
Adults: Dissolve sachet content into 600mL to 1 litre of water and drink immediately. Take two 3g sachets daily, or as advised by your health care professional. Best taken in the morning and at lunch time. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Allow at least 3 hours between doses.
