Each gummy contains: Biotin 1.25 mg; Vitamin C 20 mg; Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 7.5 mg; Zinc (from zinc gluconate) 2.5 mg. Contains sulfites. This medicine contains 2.34 g maltitol per maximum daily dose and may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
