Directions
Using the enclosed scoop, dissolve one level scoop (7.5 g) with 200 mL of water or juice. Take once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.

Contains soybeans and sulfites.
