SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order on the Australia Post website here once it has been shipped, and you have received your “shipping confirmation” email. Please use the following methods to track your order:

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME
Every effort is made to ensure orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
We aim to get all orders packed and on their way to you the day after you place your order. Shipping usually takes 2 -3 business days. However, it can take up to 10 working days over holiday periods and there are varying ongoing delays due to the effects of COVID-19. Rural deliveries may take 3-4 days. However, it can take up to 15 working days over holiday periods and there are varying ongoing delays due to the effects of COVID-19.

How do I track my order?
It’s very important that you keep handy the order number you are provided with upon successfully placing an online order. You would have received this order confirmation number via email. If you are in Australia please go to Australia Post to track your order. If you are located overseas please search for your local postal authority. You will receive an email when your order is received and processing has started. You will receive a separate email from Australia Post when your order has been collected from our warehouse. This email will contain a link where you can track your parcel online. Once your order is in the hands of Australia post, they are best placed to assist you with any tracking related queries.
What are your international shipping options and costs?
International delivery times vary according to each country and its postal service. Please enter your shipping address during checkout and our website will calculate shipping fees based on your location. As a guide, most parcels will arrive in your country within 2-21 business days. Actual delivery time frames depend on the speed of your local delivery network. You can track your order online via the link emailed to you by Australia Post.
Where do you ship to?
US/UK/EU are our biggest customers. Following by Singapore, Europe, Canada and so on.
Whilst we try to provide our natural health products to many countries, sometimes due to a large number of fraudulent transactions, customs parcel rejections or high-risk regions, we may reject an order and process a full refund. This is unfortunate but is the better option as we cannot guarantee delivery.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We do not fulfill or dispatch orders on public holidays.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
For Australia addresses, we offer free delivery service for orders over AU$79. For orders below AU$79, we charge a flat rate of AU$8 for shipping.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS INSTEAD OF DELIVERY?
Self-collection is currently not possible due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Unless special arrangements are made with our sales team, all orders will be delivered via our local couriers.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes, a signature upon delivery is required.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
We are unable to make any changes to an existing order, once the payment is done. Please contact us immediately via Live Chat or email us.
However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely event we are able to halt the pickup, please be aware that there will be a A$35 fee for last-minute cancellations. The remainder of your payment will be refunded via the original payment method. Once they have picked up the order, we have no control over it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I INSERT AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
In case of an incorrect shipping address, please contact us via email or the contact form provided. We are able to make adjustments provided that the items are not being processed yet, however, do understand that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you received an incorrect product, faulty product, or incorrectly described product, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Exchanges or returns must be raised within 3 weeks of the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase (please keep your e-invoice as proof of purchase).
If you would like to exchange any unopened products purchased through Australia Supplement Warehouse, please contact our customer service team via contact/email. Please be aware, any return freight charges are the customer’s responsibility and you may be requested to pay additional shipping fees, if necessary.
We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance or special items; the purchase of these items is final.
Please also note that some powdered products are naturally deliquescent products, or contain ingredients that are naturally deliquescent. Clumping or hardening of these products over time is a natural and common occurrence, and despite containing moisture absorption sachets, these products may still clump or harden over time.
