Directions

Add one sachet to 200ml of cold water in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a bowl. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, preferably in a refrigerator. Alternatively, mix with a whisk or fork. Consume immediately or refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
