Aptamil Gold+ 2 Baby Follow-On Formula

Love this formula

I started bubs on this formula as recommended by another parent. Unfortunately there was a shortage at one stage and I had to try her on a different formula which did not agree with her at all. We looked everywhere for more stock which we were lucky enough to find and we have never looked back. This formula had always been so good with bubs belly, never made her unwell or gave any digestive issues. She has never turned it down and is happy with it warm or cold.

I tried giving formula to my baby but she won’t take it. I tried various brands and then lastly tried this. But still my baby didn’t like it. I just think my baby doesn’t like bottle feeding and formula both. However I like being able to buy the sachets – great for traveling and also I could just try the brand without spending a lot on a large tin.

Good follow on

Bub was already happy with the stage 1 formula so found no need to change when it came time for stage 2.I love being able to buy the sachets – great for keeping at Grandmas and when traveling, don’t have to lug dispensers or a full tin around. The leveller built into the tin is handy as well.

Aptamil gold

We absolutely struggle to get our 9 month old to take a bottle so we purchased these after seeing they came in satchets which we found very handy as we would only require one or two a week! These are the perfect size and packaging to take to daycare as well!! They mix up very easily and although my daughter won’t drink a full feed yet she is slowly coming around to it!! We would definitely recommend this brand of formula!!

This formula is by far the best one I have come across, my babies love it. I’ve given my children all stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3, all with great outcomes.Aptamil doesn’t upset bub’s tummy and it actually stays down.Recommend to all parents!Can’t complain about the price it seems pretty fair.

My son started on karicare and that just didn’t agree with him so we moved him on to the aptimil constipation and reflux 1 then moved off that to stage 1 of the Gold and he did great in it we have kept moved to stage 2 and he loves it. He is also on puree and he is thriving on this product.

Happy Baby

I have been using this since my son was young. It was recommended by the hospital.It’s easy to make and when compared to other brands has a higher nutritional content.I was disappointed however most local shops are always out of stock and now the price has gone up several dollars.

My bub likes this formula and have no issue with this one as compared to other formula brands. the taste is good. Looks like they have changed the recipee a little as it mentioned on the pack but it didn’t affect baby.

Lifesaver

My baby who refused formula accepted formula after switching to this brand. I also noticed compared to the other brand it is not as a clumpy or gluggy or sticking to the sides when shaken. I like how this brand portions by 200ml water not 180ml which is a mathematical pain to divide by for small or big bottles.On taste test it doesn’t taste as bad as the other one either though admittedly it smells putrid after being left out, but that’s all formula for you.

Good product

I purchased Aptamil gold plus. Can also be found at Coles. Backed with over 40 years of scientific research on breast milk and early life nutrition. My baby likes this milk, has no issue drinking the recommended amount. Gentle on his belly and no issues. Baby likes the taste as well. Good buy.

My daughter absolutely loves this formula. It is the only one she will gladly drink. We have tried many others and they made her quite constipated and very gassy but this has been perfect for her little tummy. We had to switch to a different formula recently as we couldn’t find this anywhere and we had to go out and drive further to find it within a few hours as she didn’t like the taste of the one we purchased. Luckily we can buy it here. Ships direct from Australia. Sage to say this is her favourite.

Good formula. Reasonably priced. Easily available. Not much colic or wind issues for baby. Baby is easily transitioning from breastfeeding onto this formula. Gave one less star as i do not like the smell.

My son loves his warm milk every day he has 2 or more bottles a day its very easy to open ,scoop is wonderful and its a perfect texture for him as he was not able to breast feed when he was born so i recommend these for the family when they have him time to time.

Convenient and easy

My husband went out in a panic to buy formula on our first night home as our baby wasn’t feeding too well so we wanted to have a backup. He opted for Aptamil Gold+ which, coincidentally, the visiting midwife had later advised us is the hospital’s preferred brand, so we initally used Gold+1 for top ups only.The formula comes in a 900g tin, although I think you can also buy as individual sachets, and is simple to prepare. It comes with a scoop so measuring is precise. Just make sure you have a good supply of cold boiled water ready.My daughter is now 7 months and has graduated to Gold+ 2 (pictured) and we have no problems with this at all. She seems to enjoy formula just as much as breast milk and I now give her a formula feed at night as I cannot express enough milk for her for all her daily feeds. I would say it probably keeps her full for longer, so it’s definitely a good option to make this a night feed if you are giving both breast milk and formula.She has had no reactions to this formula and I haven’t felt the need to try another brand as I am perfectly happy with this. It’s moderately priced

I found this formula good for my little for abit and then my daughter started to become constipated and this is all I could put it down to . I was told that the gold constipates some kids more then others. So I ended up going back to the normal one which is hard to get

My bub loves this brand of formula, tins last us about 1 week as our 7 month old is now on 100% formula. I will suggest in future that you can buy a re-usable scoop so you don’t get the one use ones in every box.

Best Formula

Have tried acouple of formulas for my babies but this would have to be the best. Gentle on my baby’s tummy and never had any issues with it. Would highly recommend this formula. It is on the more expensive side compared to others but definitely worth every cent. My children love it.

My twins were exclusively Formula fed from 6 weeks premature, they started on stage one in the NICU so we naturally just carried on using this formula and NEVER had any issues in any stage! Plus they offer discounted formula for parents of multiples! Would feed any future bubs Aptamil Gold no hesitation

Nice product

I ended up buying a box of sachets instead of a tin to see if my baby would like this formula. He seemed to like it and we had no digestive issues. I didn’t end up buying a tin as baby ended up self weaning and was not interested in just drinking milk. The sachets are a fantastic idea to try a product. I’d recommend this product just because of having that option.
