Its definitely a good formula milk with no preservatives and this one is not using any animal enzymes (checked from Aptamil through other sources) It is a good thing that it is available here because mostly its out of stock in the market. Great Formula! – Baby enjoys drinking this formula. Baby has been having Aptamil since birth. Does not have a strange smell and baby does not get constipated or have diarrhoea. Paired with the right feeding bottle baby had minimal colic when he was less than 6 months old.

Initially when swapping from breast milk to this it upset baby belly. We mixed in 50/50 breastmilk / formula for a few weeks which solved the issue then moved to 100% formula. Fix the rings to open!! – Great formula BUT this is the second time this has happened! The ring is now so thin and flimsy to open I’ve cut my finger on the ring to open. It used to be so easy to open and now the ring splits and can cause serious injury to the parent.

We were using the ‘1’ version of this formula, and now my child is over 6 months, we’ve continued with the same brand and moved to stage 2. As he liked stage 1, I was concerned this might taste different to him and he would reject it, but we had no issues and he transitioned seamlessly.

Didn’t work for our baby – We gave our baby Aptamil since birth on our hospital’s recommendation. It was fine until we changed to Gold 2 at six months. Our baby suffered from reflux and was medicated. We even used the thickener to help. At about 7 months the reflux started getting better but instead our baby would projectile vomit everything that they drank. Even after burping.
