    Contains: Copper (from Copper gluconate) 240micrograms, Manganese (from Manganese amino acid chelate) 1.25mg, Selenium, 15micrograms, Silicon (from Silicon Dioxide) 20mg, Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 15mg, Biotin 2.7mg
