- Contains: Fish products, phenylalanine, soya bean products, sulfites, colourings and encapsulating aids. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without speaking with a qualified expert. When taken in excess of 3000 mcg/RE, vitamin A can cause birth developmental issues. Speak with a qualified expert before use if you are breastfeeding. Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.
