Melrose MCT Kick Start contains the Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) fatty acids which are the most studied for increased ketone production and fat burning assistance.

Directions

Start with 1 teaspoon per day. After 1 week, slowly increase serve by 1 – 2 teaspoons, maximum of 2 tablespoons. For best results, take as part of a low carbohydrate diet.
