Directions
Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug. Add approximately 50ml of warm water and mix to form a thin paste, then add 150ml of hot water and stir until dissolved. Drink immediately. Discard any unused portions. One serve of OptiSlim Life Soup can be replaced with a serve from other products in the Life range.
