Optislim VLCD Meal Replacement Shake Salted Caramel is a convenient and delicious shake with a salted caramel flavor. It is formulated to provide a balanced nutritional profile, including 25 vitamins and minerals when used as part of a healthy eating plan. For variety, it can be used alongside Optislim VLCD Soups and Bars.
Remember to maintain adequate fluid intake during the day. We recommend at least 2 litres of water daily. Adding a little fibre to your shake or soup may help maintain regularity.
Directions
Replace each meal with one sachet, up to three meals per day. Mix 200ml of cold water with the contents of the sachet and shake or blend to dissolve. Drink immediately. Discard any unused portions; do not store for later use.
